About

Towering House Environmental Engineering is an American Indian– and Veteran-owned civil engineering firm providing project development and design services for water, wastewater, and environmental infrastructure.  We partner with Tribal Nations and governmental agencies to deliver solutions that reflect community priorities and honor Tribal sovereignty.

Our services include infrastructure evaluation and assessment, planning, design, cost estimating, and construction administration for surface and groundwater treatment systems, water distribution and storage, and wastewater collection, conveyance, and treatment facilities.

Towering House operates with a flattened organizational structure, where projects are led and executed by senior-level engineering professionals. This approach ensures responsiveness, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness while maintaining direct communication and accountability throughout each project.

Our engineering staff brings more than 100 years of combined experience in the development, design, and implementation of Tribal sanitation infrastructure projects. We approach each project with a focus on improving public health through collaborative, practical solutions that emphasize operational efficiency, long-term sustainability, and ease of operation and maintenance.

With staff located in Alaska and California, Towering House provides engineering design and construction administration services to Tribal communities and governmental agencies.  Our work is supported by in-house civil and electrical engineering and CAD drafting staff, enabling us to deliver consistent, high-quality project outcomes.
